Mr. Donigan focuses his practice on real estate, environmental, and energy matters. He regularly supports corporate and developer clients with matters related to real estate transactions and development projects. This includes sales and acquisitions, due diligence, leasing, land use and zoning, easements, and environmental compliance. He also assists clients with legal matters and permitting under federal and state environmental laws, including the Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, RCRA, and CERCLA. Mr. Donigan also advises clients on issues related to brownfield redevelopment projects complicated by the presence of hazardous substances or contaminants.
