Mr. Donigan focuses his practice on environmental law and energy matters, including land use, environmental reviews and regulatory compliance. He regularly supports project developers with right-to-build approvals under land use and zoning laws, including the State Environmental Quality Review Act. He also advises clients on issues related to brownfield redevelopment projects complicated by the presence or potential presence of a hazardous substance, pollutant or contaminant. Additionally, Mr. Donigan assists clients with legal matters under the Clean Water Act and the Toxic Substances Control Act.
