Bill is the leader of the Corporate Practice Group and the co-leader of the Health Care and Life Sciences Team.

Bill’s clients include hospitals, nursing homes, physicians, payers and other health care and social services providers. He counsels clients on a broad range of issues, including compliance with fraud and abuse laws, HIPAA, Medicare, Medicaid and New York State Department of Health regulations. Bill assists clients with structuring arrangements and relationships between health care entities, organization governance, contract negotiations, agency actions and federal and state court litigation.
