Isaac Sternheim

Isaac concentrates his practice on a broad array of corporate and transactional matters, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance. He also counsels businesses on commercial contracts, corporate structuring and general business matters.

Isaac also has experience handling corporate and transactional aspects of matters involving medical and dental practices, management services organizations (MSOs) and dental service organizations (DSOs), including mergers and acquisitions, MSO arrangements and employment agreements.
