A skilled bankruptcy attorney with experience in all aspects of bankruptcy, corporate restructuring, creditors’ rights and distressed asset sales.

A member of the firm’s Bankruptcy and Creditors’ Rights Practice and Banking and Financial Services Industry Team, Alyssa represents clients across a broad range of industries. She has advised financial institutions on intercreditor issues, borrowers’ capital structure, purchase agreements and Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings. Alyssa regularly provides strategic guidance and contingency planning to distressed companies, offering operations planning, securities disclosures and drafting pleadings ahead of Chapter 11 cases. Her experience includes out-of-court workouts, developing and drafting financing, sale and other key transactional documents, advising secured creditors on both in- and out-of-court restructurings.

Alyssa worked for several top 10 AmLaw 100 firms before joining Phillips Lytle.
