Partners Adam Walters and Kim Nason appeared before the Erie County Legislature with other representatives from Erie County, the Populous design firm and the Buffalo Bills, to confirm that the environmental study for the new Bills stadium has been completed and that no significant adverse impacts to any major category of review were found.  These categories include water, air lighting, transportation, and sound or vehicle or pedestrian conditions.  It also included impact on noise, plants, animals and human health.

Adam and Kim noted that because of more modern technology and conservation design, the stadium is anticipated to offer a number of environmental improvements, including a 25% decrease in water usage, and improved water treatment and water pressure.
