Two Phillips Lytle Attorneys Earn Promotions in 2026

Buffalo, N.Y. – Phillips Lytle LLP attorneys Erinn Prestidge and Nicholas P. Fedorka have earned promotions in 2026. Erinn has been named Special Counsel and Nicholas has been named Senior Associate, effective January 1, 2026.

Erinn Prestidge, a member of the firm’s Banking and Financial Services Practice Group, represents regional and national lenders with community development lending involving low-income and senior housing, bond financing, construction lending, commercial real estate transactions, middle-market transactions and small business lending. Erinn is well versed in preparing loan documents and reviewing various due diligence, including title and survey, organizational documents, subordinate loan documents and construction contracts. She has experience representing lenders nationally in connection with projects receiving Section 8 and other subsidies for low-income tenants as well as low-income tax credits. Erinn has been named to The Best Lawyers Ones to Watch^® in America list.

Nicholas P. Fedorka is a member of the Litigation Practice Group, representing clients across New York in both state and federal court. He provides counsel to clients on commercial litigation, labor and employment, environmental law, product liability, premise liability, complex construction accidents and insurance defense.
