Two large Buffalo law firms, including Phillips Lytle, were awarded a New York state contract to provide cybersecurity legal services to a variety of government organizations across the state. The contract, which runs from Jan. 6, 2025, through Jan. 5, 2030, is the first for legal services of its kind in New York State.
Anna Mercado Clark noted that government entities have been a cybersecurity target for a long time, saying “They really target essential industries in our supply chain. No entity is immune.”
