Buffalo, N.Y. – William J. Brown and Angela Z. Miller, partners with Phillips Lytle LLP, a premier regional law firm that is recognized nationally for its legal excellence, will serve as panelists at the 12th Annual Western New York Bankruptcy Conference hosted by the Monroe County Bar Center for Education and the Erie Institute of Law, May 8th at Genesee Community College in Batavia, N.Y.

Mr. Brown, a Fellow in the American College of Bankruptcy, is the Team Leader of the firm’s Bankruptcy & Creditors’ Rights Practice. He practices in the area of bankruptcy and restructuring law including creditors’ rights, workouts, bankruptcies and reorganizations, secured transactions and asset-based financing.

Ms. Miller concentrates her practice in the area of banking and financial services, and bankruptcy and creditors’ rights.
