Clark, Panelist, New York State Bar Association 2023 Annual Meeting

Partner Anna Mercado Clark served as a panelist on the panel “What Counsel Looks for in Selecting Arbitrators and Mediators,” at the Dispute Resolution Section Annual Meeting Program  during the New York State Bar Association 2023 Annual Meeting.  This panel discussed a range of topics including:

• How new neutrals can break through
• The importance of diversity in the selection process
