Buffalo, N.Y. – Phillips Lytle Partner Ronald S. Shubert will present as part of the Western New York Chapter of the Community Associations Institute (CAI) Board Leadership Lunch Series. Mr. Shubert will give a presentation titled, “Governing Documents and Roles & Responsibilities.”
Mr. Shubert currently represents more than 400 community associations across New York State. He has served the community association industry for over 35 years.
Mr. Shubert concentrates in the area of community association law, including the representation of condominium and homeowners’ associations, and the preparation of Offering Plans for developers and sponsors of condominiums and homeowners’ associations. He also handles complex construction defect litigation and real estate tax certiorari proceedings and foreclosures.
