The New York State Bar Association (NYSBA) has appointed a blue-ribbon task force to recommend new laws and policies to address opioid addiction in the station. Phillips Lytle Partner Lisa L. Smith has been named to the task force.
The task force will study legislative proposals and policy changes that intend to bring relief to New Yorkers and their friends and families who are suffering from the effects of addiction.
