James Kevin Wholey spoke with Law360 to discuss the 25% tariff that would double the existing 25% tariff on Indian imports. Wholey said he expects negotiations to ramp up between the U.S. and India before the 25% secondary tariffs take effect, but that he would not be surprised to see the increase delayed further. “I think we’re going to see a lot of top-level diplomacy within the next 20 days,” he said.
