Alan Bozer was quoted in a Politico article discussing New York Attorney General (AG) Tish James’ investigation into former president Donald Trump’s business dealings, including manipulating the value of his holdings to enrich himself.
Alan noted that with Executive Law 63(12) cited by the AG’s office, “[t]here is very little restraining the attorney general from where she can go with her subpoenas searching for evidence.”
