Four Fellows are highlighted on the agenda for the 2025 ABA Annual Meeting in Toronto as leading Expert Sessions, including Anna Mercado Clark. The expert sessions are designed to be group discussions where ABA experts and attendees will examine several topics important to the practice of law.
Anna Mercado Clark, Fellow, will be hosting Technology Issues, where the group will discuss lawyers’ ethical and professional obligations when it comes to technology, how to adapt to new technology, including remote work issues and generative AI and tech issues that clients may be facing.
