Eoin Ó Muimhneacháin co-wrote an article for the American Bar Association International Law Section’s International Law News titled, “U.S. District Court for District of Columbia Declines to Vacate LCIA Award Against Djibouti: Doraleh Container Terminal v Republic of Djibouti.” This article addresses the consequences of raising a new argument for the first time in enforcement proceedings for an arbitral award that could have been raised during the arbitration.
