As Chief Marketing Officer, Rebecca Farbo provides the overall vision and leadership to all areas of marketing for Phillips Lytle’s nine offices, including brand strategy and management, business development, advertising, social media, public relations, marketing communications and internal communications.
Ms. Farbo is responsible for shaping the firm’s marketing program. Always putting the client at the center of the firm’s business model, she oversees firm-wide business development activities, including client teams, client satisfaction assessments, and client development and relationship management training.
She brings a wealth of experience to the firm, with over 30 years of experience in the field of marketing. Ms. Farbo previously held advertising agency positions, including Agency President, SVP Sales Promotion, SVP Account Service and Agency Creative Director.
Her marketing efforts at Phillips Lytle have yielded dozens of advertising awards for the firm’s creative products.
