Kirk R. Rossi

Mr. Rossi brings to Phillips Lytle more than two decades of business leadership experience, including sixteen years in the legal sector, as well as nine years’ experience with a Big 5 public accounting firm. Mr. Rossi is an integral member of Phillips Lytle’s leadership team responsible for leading and directing business operations across the Firm in close coordination with the Managing Partner and Firm Governing Committee. Mr. Rossi provides leadership in the identification and implementation of operational efficiencies to optimize client service. He assists the Firm’s Governing Committee and Practice Group Leaders with the ongoing implementation of all strategic objectives, including the pursuit of future growth opportunities.

Mr. Rossi is a CPA, and holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Montclair State University.
