Anthony represents local municipalities, lenders, investors and servicers in foreclosure litigation and workouts across New York State. Anthony has amassed considerable expertise in the area of tax lien foreclosures and is one of the leading attorneys in this field in New York. In addition, Anthony has handled a variety of other real estate and corporate disputes including shareholder/partner disputes, declaratory judgment and quiet title actions.
