Anthony Joseph Iacchetta

Whether it’s real estate development or litigation, Anthony has over a decade of experience handling all facets of real estate.

From small local developers to national real estate investment trusts, Anthony is known for his ability to efficiently and effectively manage and close a wide variety of real estate transactions including, but not limited to, sales, acquisitions, leases and refinances. Anthony is also well versed in review of real estate titles and title insurance policies and, through Phillips Lytle, is an agent for Stewart Title Insurance Company.

The Land, Environment and Energy Practice Group Leader, Anthony also has years of experience handling real estate litigation. Anthony represents local municipalities, lenders, investors and servicers in foreclosure litigation and workouts across New York State. Anthony has amassed considerable expertise in the area of tax lien foreclosures and is one of the leading attorneys in this field in New York. In addition, Anthony has handled a variety of other real estate and corporate disputes including shareholder/partner disputes, declaratory judgment and quiet title actions.

While Anthony is no stranger to a courtroom, he believes that real estate litigation is nothing more than a compelled real estate transaction and, with his deep knowledge of each client’s business and using his years of negotiation skills, he is adept at finding resolutions advantageous to his clients.
