Alson James McKenna

Mr. McKenna concentrates his practice in the area of financial transactions, particularly with respect to representation of financial institutions in a wide range of secured and unsecured transactions. He regularly counsels lenders and borrowers in connection with commercial real estate development, asset-backed financing, public-private partnership and business capitalization for small and middle market companies through both conventional as well as alternative means of financing. Mr. McKenna also counsels clients regarding the pledge of cryptocurrency and bitcoin assets as collateral.
