Mr. Major concentrates his practice on real estate transactions including representing commercial buyers, sellers and borrowers in the acquisition, sale and financing of real estate. In addition, he advises potential investors in real estate development deals and represents landlords and tenants in negotiating and drafting commercial leases. Mr. Major provides clients with significant expertise in all facets of real estate matters including reviewing and negotiating title commitments and representing real estate developers in negotiating and drafting agreements. These agreements include license and access agreements, general contractor agreements, subcontractor agreements, engineer agreements, broker agreements, architect agreements, design services agreements, expeditor agreements, operating agreements, development rights transfer agreements and joint venture agreements.
He also represents clients on corporate matters including drafting membership interest/stock/asset purchase agreements, profit sharing agreements, distribution agreements, employment agreements, independent contractor agreements, shareholder agreements and corporate bylaws.
