Tyler J. Skretny

Tyler represents clients in a wide variety of disputes, including commercial and real estate litigation.

Tyler focuses his practice on business, products liability, real estate and general litigation matters. His experience includes defending companies in contractual and business tort litigations and representing majority shareholders in breach of shareholder agreement actions, defense of businesses in restrictive covenant disputes, and representation of commercial landlords and real estate investment companies in property management disputes.

He has prosecuted and defended cases in both state and federal courts throughout New York and across the county.

Tyler is known for his pragmatic and driven approach towards representing clients and is always seeking opportunities to work collaboratively in achieving successful client results.
