A member of the Corporate and Business Law team, Kaitlyn advises clients on a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, entity formation and governance, business transactions and general corporate counseling.

Kaitlyn works with established companies, closely held businesses, and emerging entrepreneurs, helping clients navigate complex legal and strategic issues throughout the business lifecycle. She is committed to providing practical, business-focused guidance that helps clients achieve their objectives while managing legal risk.
