Elsenbeck was quoted in the New York Focus article, “Why You’re Still Paying for Someone Else’s Gas Line,” which discusses how utilities are charging customers for billions of dollars worth of infrastructure upgrades, especially as the Climate Leadership and Community Protection Act (CLCPA) is put into effect.
