Grady will serve as a speaker at the New York State Association for Affordable Housing (NYSAFAH) Fall Conference on Wednesday, September 22, 2021. She will speak on a panel titled: “Law Matters: Legal and Contract Negotiations in Affordable Housing.”
Ms. Grady focuses on commercial law, with an emphasis on transactional lending work, including commercial lending and secured transactions, asset-based financing, commercial real estate financing, development financing, equipment leasing (including municipal leases), and loan restructuring.
