It will also discuss the latest changes to New York State employment laws, including practical tips for compliance. Such laws include the new Paid Prenatal Leave Law, amendments to the Workers’ Compensation Law, new Handbook Notice requirements, and various industry-specific obligations that are set to take effect this year.
