Erinn concentrates her practice in the area of banking and financial services.

Erinn’s experience includes representing regional and national lenders with respect to a variety of financing, including community development lending involving low-income and senior housing, bond financing, construction lending, commercial real estate transactions, middle market transactions and small business lending.

Erinn is well versed in preparing loan documents and reviewing various due diligence, including such items as title and survey, organizational documents, subordinate loan documents and construction contracts. She has experience representing lenders nationally in connection with projects receiving Section 8 and other subsidies for low-income tenants as well as low-income tax credits.
