Matt’s practice centers on commercial lending and secured transactions.

Matt counsels national and regional financial institutions through the process of originating various types of commercial loan transactions to small- and middle-market borrowers. From real estate lending—including construction and permanent lending— to asset-based lending, Matt has the experience and knowledge on the commercial lending documentation necessary for new loans. Matt’s expertise also includes modifying, assigning and refinancing existing loan facilities.
