Tristan D. Hujer
Mr. Hujer concentrates his practice in commercial and business litigation. His cases include bet-the-company litigation, shareholder derivative suits, business valuation proceedings, employee disloyalty actions, trade secret misappropriation claims, trademark infringement and other intellectual property matters, as well as construction and real estate disputes.
Mr. Hujer’s clients include professionals, technology companies, developers, financial institutions, food and beverage companies, and cannabis businesses. His law practice extends to working with entrepreneurs and early-stage enterprises with respect to company formation and structuring. In the field of Cannabis Law, he represents growers, distributors and other businesses primarily in New York State.
Prior to joining Phillips Lytle LLP, Mr. Hujer was a partner at a regional law firm. He is active in the Western New York community and serves on the Board of Directors of Compeer International, a not-for-profit organization that promotes good mental health.
