PHILLIPS LYTLE LLP PARTNER DAVID P. FLYNN TO MODERATE AT THE BUSINESS COUNCIL OF NEW YORK STATE’S 2015 ANNUAL ENVIRONMENT CONFERENCE 

Buffalo, N.Y. – David P. Flynn, a partner with Phillips Lytle LLP, a premier regional law firm that is recognized nationally for its legal excellence, will be a moderator at The Business Council of New York State’s 2015 Annual Environment Conference. Mr. Flynn will moderate the discussion titled “The Clean Power Plan.” This two-day event brings together experts from both the private and public sectors to interact and share the latest information relevant to environmental issues in New York State.

Mr. Flynn is the Practice Team Leader for the firm’s Energy, Environment, Marcellus Shale, and Nanotechnology Practice Teams. His practice is concentrated in the areas of environmental law and energy. With respect to environmental law, Mr. Flynn focuses on regulatory compliance consultations and brownfield redevelopment.
