Zabrina Reich spoke with WGRZ about the marriage fraud conspiracy with ties to Western New York in which foreign nationals were accused of getting married to U.S. citizens for the sole purpose of obtaining a Green Card, or vice versa in which U.S. citizens got paid to marry foreign nationals who wanted Green Cards.
