Phillips Lytle is looking to expand our talent within our Litigation Practice Group. We are seeking enterprising candidates, ideally experienced at handling litigation in state and federal forums. Phillips Lytle has an excellent reputation and a roster of high-profile clients, including Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 companies in industries such as financial services, environmental and land use, telecommunications, technology, manufacturing, healthcare and life sciences.

The Litigation Practice Group and the Labor & Employment Team seek to hire an Attorney with at least 3 years of commercial litigation experience, and/or employment litigation experience in state, federal and administrative forums, and related experience — including oral argument/court appearances, discovery, motion practice, legal research, writing and related litigation skills.
