Phillips Lytle has an excellent reputation and a roster of high-profile clients, including Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 companies in industries such as financial services, environmental and land use, telecommunications, technology, manufacturing, healthcare and life sciences.
The Labor & Employment Team seeks to hire an Attorney with at least 2 years of labor and employment experience. Applicants should have familiarity with laws and regulations applicable to employment, including those relative to discrimination, harassment, wage and hour and labor matters. Applicants should have superior written, verbal and research skills. Experience with both litigation and counseling is preferred.
