The Corporate Practice Group seeks to hire an Associate with a minimum of three years of experience advising public and private companies on employee benefits matters, including qualified and non-qualified retirement plan compliance, benefit plan documentation, health and welfare benefit plans, and executive compensation. Candidates should have strong client facing communication skills, leadership attributes, and a superior academic record. An LL.M. in taxation or employee benefits is a plus, but not required.
