Timothy P. Kucinski

A dedicated transactional attorney with broad industry experience, Tim represents domestic and international clients in complex business transactions throughout all stages of a business’ lifecycle.

With significant mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transaction experience, Tim helps clients reach their objectives and close deals with a strategic and pragmatic approach. Tim works with clients – from buy-side to sell-side, strategic to financial – to successfully reach their objectives. Tim also regularly supports clients in a wide range of other business transactions, including day-to-day commercial contract negotiations, corporate governance matters and entity formations. Tim frequently handles master service agreements, distribution and sales representative agreements, employment agreements and other types of sophisticated commercial contracts.

Tim represents clients across a broad industry base. With daily experience working closely with manufacturing companies, Tim also regularly assists clients from startups to established companies in various other industries – including healthcare, technology, food and beverage, and not-for-profit – to meet their individual and specific needs.

Tim has been recognized with multiple honors and awards for the successes and value he brings to clients, including being honored as an Upstate New York Super Lawyers Rising Star, Legal Elite of WNY Rising Star, and 2019 Buffalo Business First’s 30 Under 30. Tim is also actively involved in the Western New York community, serving on the board of directors for Kevin Guest House, NativityMiguel Middle School of Buffalo and the St. Thomas More Guild, Inc., while also serving as a mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Erie, Niagara and the Southern Tier.
