Ronald Shubert

Experienced at counseling clients on litigation, real estate and construction matters, Ron has decades of experience in community association law and governance issues.

Ron’s expertise in litigation, real estate and construction matters positions him as the go-to attorney for matters involving condominium and homeowners’ associations, New York State Department of Law, offering plans for developers, and sponsors of condominiums and homeowners’ associations.

Ron’s clients trust him with a broad range of matters, including collecting outstanding assessments, guidance on enforcing governing documents, drafting and amending constituent documents, reviewing contracts, handling financing transactions, attending board and homeowners’ meetings and advising board members on day-to-day matters.

He continues to give back to the community through his memberships on various boards, and is an active member of Phillips Lytle’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee.
