Mr. Mulvehill’s practice is business-oriented and broad based. He concentrates his practice in commercial litigation, labor and employment litigation, wage and hour class and collective action litigation, and counseling and representing public and private sector employers, including universities, hospitals, manufacturers, hospitality companies, not-for-profits, towns and other municipalities, and business processing outsourcing companies in all areas of labor and employment law. This includes compliance with state and federal labor and employment laws; wage and hour law; employment hiring, discipline and termination; reductions in force; employee leave issues; employee accommodation issues; work rules; personnel policies and practices; non-compete agreements and other restrictive covenants; employment contracts; severance agreements; employment discrimination; labor arbitrations, unfair labor practices, collective bargaining; workplace investigations; governmental investigations; and employee training.
