Kenneth serves as a trusted advisor to clients in all facets of trust and estate law.

Kenneth works closely with clients to design and implement well-tailored estate planning strategies. With a deep understanding of tax law, Kenneth is able to provide clients with sophisticated solutions to complex estate and gift tax problems, and adeptly advise clients on all aspects of business succession planning.

Kenneth also represents individual and corporate fiduciaries and beneficiaries in estate and trust administration matters. Inside and outside of court, Kenneth advises clients with respect to all aspects of the estate and trust administration process, including probate, accountings, constructions, decantings and a variety of other proceedings.
