Mr. Bobseine concentrates his practice in the area of business litigation, including white collar and securities litigation matters. He provides representation for complex commercial disputes, shareholder class actions, derivative cases and internal investigations, as well as investigations by state and federal government agencies and other regulatory authorities. Mr. Bobseine has helped clients respond to data breach and security incidents, including assisting with customer notification, reporting to governmental agencies and making public communications. He also has experience assisting clients with crafting policies and procedures to effectively comply with state and federal laws and regulations, including with respect to cybersecurity.

Prior to joining Phillips Lytle, Mr. Bobseine worked for an international law firm in Boston and Washington, D.C., where he primarily represented financial services companies and their employees in complex business litigation and SEC, DOJ, FINRA and DOL investigations. Mr. Bobseine also has experience representing individuals facing federal criminal charges.
