Ms. Haddad’s practice focuses on counseling entrepreneurs and corporate clients, from start-up companies to mature organizations, partnering with them to address their multiple legal needs in a wide variety of industries. She concentrates in acquisitions, corporate governance, mergers, venture capital investments and other business transactions.

Prior to joining Phillips Lytle, Ms. Haddad was part of the in-house legal team of a U.S. energy company that completed the development, construction and sale of a wind farm valued at over $100 million. Ms. Haddad was later promoted to the company’s executive management team, where she was primarily responsible for contract drafting and negotiation of all of the company’s commercial transactions, as well as the development and implementation of the company’s strategic business plan.

Ms. Haddad’s prior experience in business strategy and management allows her to bring business acumen to her legal practice.
