Ms. Brennan concentrates her practice in the area of business litigation, with particular emphasis on labor and employment law. She works with businesses on immigration-related employment matters, including defending companies fined for I-9 violations and assisting with applications for various nonimmigrant and immigrant business visas. Her practice experience includes defense of employers faced with employment discrimination suits in Federal court as well as representation of employers before the New York State Division of Human Rights and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Additionally, Ms. Brennan’s practice experience includes representation of businesses with regard to collections claims, breach of contract claims and shareholder disputes.
