PHILLIPS LYTLE LLP BOLSTERS NEW YORK CITY PRESENCE WITH ADDITION OF ACCOMPLISHED LITIGATION ATTORNEY PETER A. BELLACOSA
New York, N.Y. – Phillips Lytle LLP announced the addition of Peter A. Bellacosa as a partner in the firm’s litigation group. Mr. Bellacosa brings three decades of experience litigating and trying cases for a diverse group of leading U.S. and international companies in complex, high-stakes disputes. He will be based in the firm’s New York City and Albany Offices.
Mr. Bellacosa joins Phillips Lytle from Kirkland & Ellis LLP, where he was a partner in the firm’s New York City Office for more than 20 years. Mr. Bellacosa concentrates his practice in the areas of product liability, mass torts, class action, ERISA, securities and commercial disputes. He also has extensive experience with criminal and regulatory investigations, as well as handling matters in state and federal trial and appellate courts, and in arbitrations.

Mr. Bellacosa received his B.A. from Georgetown University, and his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law.
