Rochester, N.Y. – Phillips Lytle LLP Partner James Kevin Wholey will speak at the Upstate New York Trade Conference on the topic of Export Compliance. The conference will take place on Friday, June 10th at the Radisson Hotel Rochester Riverside in Rochester, NY. Mr. Wholey will participate on a panel that will discuss U.S. sanctions against Cuba and Iran, Foreign Trade Regulations (FTR), and The Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA).

Mr. Wholey has broad experience at the intersection of federal government, national security and international business. His specific focus is on the legislative, policy and compliance issues involved in international investment, trade and business development.
