PHILLIPS LYTLE LLP PARTNER FREDERICK G. ATTEA SERVES AS PANELIST AT NEW YORK STATE BAR ASSOCIATION ANNUAL MEETING

Buffalo, N.Y. – Frederick G. Attea, a partner with Phillips Lytle LLP, presented at the New York State Bar Association (NYSBA) 2017 Annual Meeting. The event was held January 23-27 at the New York Hilton Midtown in New York City.

As the NYSBA Not-for-Profit Corporations Law Committee Chairman, Mr. Attea presented on the 2016 Amendments to the Not-for-Profit Corporation Law, and participated in a panel discussion on the topic.

Mr. Attea concentrates his legal practice on mergers and acquisitions, securities laws, corporate governance, and legal compliance programs. He has been a member of the New York State Bar since 1965 and has served as a member of the House of Delegates, Chair of the Business Law Section, and Chair of the Corporation Law Committee. He is a leader in the Western New York community, dedicating his time to his practice and to community service, especially in education and the arts. He has authored numerous articles and lectured on a variety of legal topics.
