New York, N.Y. – Phillips Lytle LLP Attorney Brendan S. Lillis will participate as a panelist at the event “Data & Cyber Security: Threats and Opportunities in Careers & Business” on Tuesday, June 27th at the Princeton Club in New York City.

The panel will discuss data and online security breaches which regularly affect millions of consumers as well as small and big business and government agencies, including in the sensitive areas of national defense. The panel will cover what consumers, businesses and governments can do to protect themselves.

Mr. Lillis concentrates his practice in all areas of intellectual property law, with particular emphasis on patent preparation and prosecution and opinion work in the software, mobile applications and electronic arts, and drafting and negotiating technology contracts, including licenses, service agreements, terms of use and privacy policies.
